Subsystem Skill Bonus:
5% bonus to drone MWD speed per level
7.5% bonus to drone hitpoints per level

The Wiki has got a history, which shows the entry as being of 2011. The subsystem still has got the same attributes today.

Well, I could have sworn it had the same bonuses as the other, similar subs for different races. Checking in an older EFT, though, I see the same drone speed bonuses and ****. Idk, a big oversight on my part, apparently.
