I'd give you 4.5, but you are clearly way overestimating the "near JF" bit. That char still requires over a million SP in Advanced Spaceship Command Lv V, 1.28 million SP into Jump Drive Operation LV 1-5, and 200k in Warp Drive operation, before he can fly a JF,

8.5 hours left on a biomass slot, was using a new char to be in jita for me. I'll transfer the money in a few minutes, and the account information as soon as the character is properly biomassed when I get up in the morning.



Edit: I have sent the isk to the character Commander Balex as outlined by the forum rules. In about 8-9 hours he will receive the information for the account which the char is to be transferred to.
