Eve online constantly asking for update

Hi,

I have an issue with running eve online, I run the game straight through the shortcut to the exefile, after I run it through there it asked to do an update. I let it run the update but after it is complete then as I re run the shortcut again it ask to do an update again..

So could anyone be so kind as to lean an assistance to me to resolve this issue ?

Never mind, I found out to just let it run through the launcher, then the launcher download the extra bits of downloads and install some stuff. afterward it had completed I let it run through the shortcut it run fine now, Please delete this post. sorry for the incovenience.

I get this too, yet my prob ain't solved

I can run eve unless I use the Exefile.exe, it launches the game as you would expect but every DT I have to DL a 6mb patch, that fails to..patch

The only way I can run is spending 15min using Repair EVERYDAY! it's so anoying

I also get this 6mb patch, but today I got this error as well: http://oi40.tinypic.com/jj1gl1.jpg

There was nothing in the folder.


//EDIT - Im using 64bit Win8 Home.
