Improvements to Shield/Armor Broadcasts

At the moment large fleet battles can be very chaotic with rep broadcasts.
My suggestion is making the broadcasting for reps system more flexible so we can filter out different ship types similar to how the overview works.
Also having it so you can see the ship that the person requiring the reps would be very useful.

IE:
Lai HasCake (Rifter) needs Armor
Joseph Bloggs (Maulus) needs Armor
Lai HasCake (Typhoon Fleet Issue) needs Armor

Now the watch list helps a small amount but you can only add 15 players.

Make it more convenient to broadcast for them with binds.

The binds are fine.

Just say you charge isk for priority in reps.

On a serious note, I do believe this was suggested before, but it might have been buried in another thread. +1 though.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

I suppose we can work around to a certain extent by having important people broadcast for shield and unimportant for Armor unfortunately we in Test find it hard to do What?

Simply jack it up so your armor/shield HP warnings coincide with your fleet broadcasts. Have it do it automatically. Problem solved.

Bad idea because your alarm goes off EVERY time you pass the alarm point. This means if you have it set to 30% and you get shot and your alarm goes off because your at 25%. Logis rep you and you hit 35%. Next volley brings you down to 25% again. You just rebroadcasted you needed shield.

Have a delay of 15 seconds. Bam bam bam.

In big battles you tend to have to broadcast as soon as you get mass yellow boxed as you will likely get killed in 2 volleys.

Also I dont think you understand my suggestion. I'm asking to be able to filter/see what types of ships are asking for reps without having to lock them up first.
When someone broadcasts a target to shoot it actually already states what their name is and what ship they fly.

Not sure if this exists, as I don't fly logi much, but:

Maybe an overview filter option for someone who's broadcast for repairs could be useful. Just another column to add to your overview. Set it in the first column spot, set overview to sort by broadcast type. Then maybe something where you could have a Logi tab where you only see people who've broadcast for repairs? Three people broadcast for repairs; two are low-priority fast-tackle, one is a Rokh, all easily identified on the overview. Would think this would be easier than staring at a oversimplified fleet broadcast history.

Jump, jump, jump.

You would also be placing more load on the servers during fleet battles because the servers would have to not only broadcast with the alarm, but also to check to see if its been 15 seconds before it actually conducts the broadcast. More code like this during combat = ti di being worse.

I wrote this post that mostly slipped by where I wrote up some more detailed suggestions in this line:

If you're reading this thread, you might be interested in those ideas too. :) Please give it a bump by adding your thoughts or a +1 if you like it as it is!

I also like the idea in this thread of being able to see WHAT broadcasted!
