Ice Products seemt o have risen in price (not as much as expected by some, but yet they did).
So how come Fuel Blocks are almost sold at a loss ?

Is that because so many people dump their stockpiles ?

What is your (guess-)estimated timeframe till fuel blocks will rise back up ?

will they ever ?

thx

argh...

ok it is profitable, thanks to pointing that out. (sigh of relief from my mates...)

yet, the question is unanswered. will prices of fuel really go up as much as was expectet, pre odyssey ?

thx again

as far as i am aware, there are four major factors that are pushing the price down:
1. the war in the southwest forces both sides to liquidate their ice stashes to afford more pewpew.
2 . the annual summer slump has been causing deflation in the last years as well.
3. most items subject to patch speculation tend to peak right before the patch, then drop slightly for a few months and only recover over a long time afterward.
4. the combination of the three points above generates panic sales as well as sales of people who just do not want to wait too long for their profits and invest somewhere else.

I should buy an Ishtar.

and another shining example why i will never be a REAL investor or speculator in eve. i dpnt have thr patience to wait for long term (e.g. seasonal) fluctuations...
