Sabre specialist would be good, not looking for any other skills unless they're relevant to dictors (i.e: support skills)

Good if it can fly additional racial dictors but not mandatory.

Dont need alot of sp...just want it focused.

Reasonable budget for what I am after. Post here or mail in game, thx
