WTB: Leadership char, preferably allrace and perfect boosting

Looking for a perfect booster char, by perfect I mean full combat boosting, mining boosts don't matter for me.

Needs:
IdeaFC 5
IdeaAble to use all t2 links
IdeaAll t2 cruisers, maxed boosting subs
IdeaCS 5, although not essential.

If they are titan boosters it's also ok, budget is big (max c.100b).
Will consider low sp specialised chars or high sp chars with "added value" leave that up to you to decide what that means Big smile

Looking to buy and have transferred before the weekend.

This character has perfect scanning skills enabling you to find wormholes, anomalies, etc. easily. Need a fleet booster, no problem because this character has perfect leadership skills.
