1) The flag that was flown was that of Snuff Box, not of Urine Alliance. This competition was for alliances, hence the rectification of this grievous error was justified. Only the flag of the Kings of Lowsec Alliance now flies proudly.

2) Looking at the video, the flag site was clearly lowsec. Therefore, CCP, consistent with its game philosophy, encouraged everyone to engage in non-consentual flag taking, especially when it was done to correct an obvious error. Consistent with the game, we have eyes cynos everywhere which made it easy to just hotdrop the flag.
