Hi mate.

Since no1 else is lending a hand, I thought I would share my wisdom (lol).

Your toon lacks focus and has SP dabbed into it in every which way.

Your pride and joy is your missile skills (6.1m SP) but even they lack focus.

your gunnery is a WIP and your Space command allows for a large variety, but not effective fitting.

The rule of thumb is 300isk/SP for unfocused characters as an average figure.

This would bring your toons value to approx: 9.5b

CURRENTLY
Due to the skills being so spread out and the SP being quite low, your bidding would start at about 7b and your B/O would be sitting at about 11-12b, depending how hopeful you are. If someone offers you 9.5b or more though, would recommend you take it.

IF YOU:
If you put some more focus on certain aspects of your toon, you could increase its value significantly. A popular pilot that fetches a high price is a Tengu pilot, or a focused cap pilot like a carrier.
If you were to improve your skills to the following, it would help alot:

Engineering

• Energy Grid Upgrades V
• Energy Management V
• Shield Management V
• Shield Upgrades V
• Tactical Shield Manipulation V
• Shield Compensation V

Missile Operation

• Rapid Launch V
• Target Navigation Prediction V
• Warhead Upgrades V
• Guided Missile Precision V
• Missile Projection V
• Missile Bombardment V

Subsystems

• All of them to V

After training all of these skills (will take quite some time) you toon could fetch anywhere between 13-20b to the right buyer, essentially doubling your return.
