Is there a way to turn off the new, automatic "camera point at clicked thing" feature? It's making me want to puke and when it goes nuts it's REALLY bad (Do not click a rat!!!).

Looked in the escape window but didn't see anything.

This particular camera trait can be turned off thankfully with the "C" key or via tiny little overview option selector, (the window in which you click warp, align etc). Unfortunately the forced gate jump camera pan is being forced, making some people sick and can't be turned off at present.

open the d scan menu and uncheck the camera tracking feature. problem solved
