We have lived in this WH for around 6 months, and recently moved into a new WH.
The static C1 makes for super easy K-space access. (pretty much constant Highsec access). This WH is extremely quiet and very nice for smaller WH corps or Corps looking to move up from c1/c2.

Info-
-Currently we have a basic large pos setup which we can tear down before sale.
-POCO's are Interbus with the exeption of 1 which is owned by a previous corp. (5% tax rate so its not bad)
-There are ~20 Combat sites currently sitting in system. - At about 100m+ a site thats 2b in just sites.
- ~10 gas sites


Included with the sale is a Chimera Carrier.
- This chimera has no fittings except 3 CCC Rigs, two are T2
-These t2 rigs are large, however with the expansion they work as capital rigs.
-These rigs are currently 800m isk each on the market.

Running sites with a carrier enabled us to clear sites in 7 minutes a piece, which means 100m for the group every 10 minutes including salvage. Running sites with the carrier and 1 BS is possible and fairly efficient.

-This includes the Chimera(1.2b),
t2 Rigs(800m each),
the WH itself
(with 20 combat anoms, you can make 2b back in a day of site running if you want)

Buyer will pay 3rd party if they want one. or 50% before entrance 50% after.
Carrier transfer can be done in our pos, or we can work something out.
