Can you run 15 clients on a I5 2500k with 16gb of ram? And is there anyway to decrease eves quality even more than whats shows in the menu? / any optimxzations

If you could drop Eve's Video quality down to below the minimum, would that even be Eve at that point? I guess at that point it would be Excel.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
