Fastest way to anchor a pos

I have a need to set up a pos now and then in a 0.4 gallente system. Just a naked tower that I unanchor when i'm done.
Starting from scratch, what would be the perfect alt training / standing grinding to be able to do that ?
I want to do it on my main account, so training time is a big deal, as i dont want to spend a plex to train both characters at the same time.
Any advice would be great :)

For a 0.4 system there is no standing requirement that I'm aware of. You just need anchoring lvl 1 to plop the tower down, as well as the proper roles in your corporation.

I need the alt to create the corp, doesnt that require standings ?
Read on some wiki that i needed 4.0 standings to put a pos in a 0.4 system, i guess that wiki is not up to date.

Before the Incursion expansion 0.4 did require 4.0 faction standing but that is no longer the case. And anyone can make a corp, no standings required, just the 2 mil ISK or whatever the game charges you.
EDIT: I guess I should add you need corporation management lvl 1 to make a corp :D

Given the nature of the question i think i should point out that...

Anyone can attack you in a .4

Anyone can attack your pos in a .4

Someone might attack a small pos in a .4 out of boardem ( i'm too drunk to figure out how to spell this word_).

Some reasons as to why you want a POS might help people guide you better in the future.

I know that quite well, and i'm not worried about it. Some regions of low sec are just as safe as null if you know the residents well enough. If someone wants to take time to shoot a naked POS, he can do it, will take him a long time for a 60M killmail, though...

If you plan on setting up ECM batteries, you need anchoring 3 for them.

* Racial Industrial Level 1 - To carry / launch a control tower (large = 8000 m3, medium = 4000 m3, small = 2000 m3)
* Anchoring 1 - To anchor a control tower (2 for shield hardeners, 3 for EWAR and most other things)
* Corporation Management 1 - to create a player-run corp if you are not in one.

I think that's maybe 30 minutes?

Tough part will be surviving in an industrial in lowsec until the tower is launched and anchored.

Note: structures that are anchoring are invulnerable until the process completes.
