Why there is no VIndicator(ship) on Sisi?

I want to try some vindi fits on sisi due to the recent hybrid buff, but I can't get a vindi on Sisi, we have tons of Mach and Nightmare, so why we don't have VINDICATOR?

No idea, some weird fetish with machs and nightmares I suppose. I think CCP has something against the other pirate races since they don't like seeding them. It is not fair to people like you. IF you can not fly any other ships in the game but a vindi and miss out on testing it. This is why I have all the races trained. :P I don't have the same issue but still not fair to people who can not fly machs and nightmares.

I think if you search around a bit you can find them seeded in other regions. I know this was the case a couple expansions ago on sisi.

I checked EVERY major Empire Space market hub a couple of days after Sisi was updated. I found no Vindicators or Vigilants ANYWHERE.

Neither did I, checked around jita and amarr, none of them exists...
