The Comet has class. A retro style that makes it stand out. Now CCP is turning it into yet another green turd in a sea of green turds.

Thanx to low calorie grape G2 I just made a purple turd. I'm going to take a piture and foward it to CCP art department for the next faction carrier design.

I'm zoomed out in space anyway but support this because why make something beautiful into something so ugly (and spaceforest camo is utterly dumb and disgusting).

For that matter, the new ship models are boring and the tech II variants are losing their unique qualities just so they can have a new skin. I'd rather have my loudspeakers (rocket launchers) back on my Enyo thanks.

Not supported.

Offer it as a ship skin (which translates into a new ship with the same stats, with the skin you wanted).

Those who like the camo comet keep it. those who want the police Comet get it too.

expressing my support for this. the new GPD Comet is simply amazing and also resembles the "old style" Fed. Navy Comet that is on TQ currently pretty closely. i'm actually not a big fan of the huge blinky light and GPD variant offers a really cool alternative to that with its two smaller but very noticeable blinking blue and red lights.
oh, and the GPD variant got that absolutely amazing and frigging cool Cylon-style element on the front.

replace "GPD" with "NAVY" on the hull, maybe recolour the "Cylon light" from blue to red Twisted and you've got us a really amazingly looking ship.
