Exploiting Jita population cap to avoid war dec needs to be punished.

Once again those exploiters are at it again. What is the point of the war declaration mechanic if it is easily avoided?

Petitioning to have the war declaration fee reimbursed.

If a target is at war the system should not allow them to pick a new system to log into. CCP should not be helping these cowards.

Well I think you got it all wrong. avoiding the war dec isn't the problem, the pop limit is the problem. 20 caps in low sec hogging the flops because they want to use all their fighters or 200 people in jita? I see the 20 are obviously more important.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

Roll Entitled much?

Why should your fee be reimbursed? You can shoot your targets else where. You could hunt them down outside of Jita. Heck, you guys could camp one if the few pipes like Nomma or Sivala that form choke points going to jita. It's your choice for only hunting targets in Jita, why should anyone even read your petition?

Seems to me, you need to find better tactics or targets instead of wasting GM's time on petitions that will go no where.

You don't understand the issue at all. The Jita system is on the best hardware CCP has, and there are no other systems on that server. The "20 guys in caps a LS system" don't impact Jita at all. The only thing that will raise the population cap in Jita is better hardware or better programming. Neither of which are possible in the short term as CCP has done the easy optimizations, and is using the faster server for Jita they have.

PS- Why not get a life and war dec some one who actually wants to fight back. Or go to LS, NS, and wormhole space where there are lots of people itching to fight.

So long as Jita's slamming into its population cap, the camp-the-undock tactic has an unavoidable massive hole. The OP's targets have a way to deny the aggressors easy kills; of course they're going to take advantage of it.

Also, the OP is nearly a month old, which means that either the war-dec payment was renewed, or it expired and the OP corp re-decced the target corp, in full awareness that their targets knew about the population-cap evasion tactic, and are still trying to use the same tactic whose failure they were bemoaning earlier.

There are any number of other ways to aggress against another corporation. Use locator agents; that's why they're in the game. Use neutral scouts to determine their operating patterns, and try to confront them at their home base. Bait them out by offering them a target and having a knuckle-duster ready for when and if they bite.

And frankly, there's a word for trying the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

...oh, and were the British and French acting like cowards at Dunkirk, for escaping instead of waiting to be slaughtered?

I have an easy fix for you, war decc about 100 different corporations that routinely undock out of and haul out of jita.

This should guarantee you targets all in a jita day long.

I know OP won't understand this but have a locator agent. Here is what you need to know.

Level 1 Any Instant/1 minute 5 minutes 1k/5k Constellation
Level 2 1.0 Instant/1 minute/8 minutes 5 minutes 5k/10k/25k Region
Level 3 3.0 Instant/30 seconds/4 minutes/8 minutes 15 minutes 10k/25k/50k/100k Unlimited
Level 4 5.0 Instant/20 seconds/2 minutes/4 minutes 30 minutes 25k/50k/100k/250k Unlimited

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

You can always wardec FA's "logistics alliance" (whatever that is). Heck, you could come to fountain and camp a gate and probably get more kills.

Totally unrelated to the BS of this thread, but your toon is going to cause me nightmares. +1 for creating a toon I would be too scared to PVP based on looks alone. Lol

On the other hand, if she ever puts out a CD I will definitely listen.

You all are missing the point. This loop hole for evading war needs to be fixed as soon as possible. We do not have the man power to cover all the alternate systems, much less all the stations in them as well.

Well then, go get more manpower. Or wardec someone who actually wants to fight you.

Was excellent quality trolling however you gave yourself away with that one. Just went that bit too far to stay convincing.

9.5/10.

Woulda been 10/10 except you lost .5 for giving yourself away.

Have you tried actually looking for your targets and intercepting them before they can reach Jita? Or tried wardeccing someone who doesn't have their base near/in Jita?
