Most factions will throw some type of missile at you; Guristas are the most missile-heavy, but most others will use missiles as secondary weapons, at least when your adversaries are up to battleship level.

marcs right, even against angels which are recorded as EXP/KIN, their higher grade BS (+1mill bounty) will sporadically fire these EM missiles, which is why flying against angles everyone fits at least 1 invul as opposed to another exp or kin hardner
