Would render security status irrelevant and pointless.

You are a target because of your actions, this makes that a moot point.

So NO!

LOL, no.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.  - William Pitt

...you still wouldn't be able to come into high sec in anything else? Seems far from making security status irrelevant.

I agree with Zaknussem on this. Instead, what I propose is a false transponder that has a degree of failure based on meta level.

Hi!
Instead of your idea, that would make -10.0's able to use many HS things for the sake of more arbitrary rules, CCP solved the problem in a beautiful manner.

It is live on TQ, and you can use and abuse to your hearts desire!

If you had run this idea through Malcanis list of 8 ways to immensely improve your idea, you would probably already have realised the flaws, but rest assured the entire idea is already implemented in a better, working fashion.

Dammit...

I was hoping to see a proposal to mount Doomsday weapons on shuttles.

Safe passage for outlaws in high sec

Um, how about NO?

Actions have consequences. Suspect timers and outlaw flags DEFINITELY have consequences.

Stop being bad and you may travel freely.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I often need to go to high sec for a skill book or some small piece of riff-raff that just isn't available for a reasonable price out in lowsec. But, this means taking my outlawed bum through Jita undock, which is among the scariest places in New Eden imo.

Do it like the rest of us "outlaw" types.

Pause your main character's training, make an alt on one of your 2 other character slots, and spend 2 months getting said alt into a blockade runner/trader.

Too much of a sacrifice? Guess you should have thought of that before shooting neutrals.

Oh... but wait... can't you buy/collect security stags and raise your security status??? Problem solved (with a few hundred million ISK of course)!!!

Life of the outlaw is tough one. Deal with it.
If outlaws would get invulnerable shuttles - i want the same for 5.0 ppl, going through lowsec/nullsec.

There's this thing now where you can dual train toons on the same account, train up a blockade runner alt and ferry your s**t into lowsec like the rest of us.

There are ways for outlaws to travel in Hi-Sec without getting blown up, but those methods take :effort: .

Your proposal, among many other things, eliminates that effort, which sends all kinds of wrong messages to the playerbase.

I am not unaware of tags for sec, or the ability to train alts and such. They are methods I currently use for logistics, they just involve much time or isk. I just thought it was a novel idea. Given the feedback, I have retracted the post. Thanks for reading, though
