Just my advice... take it or leave it. You don't even have 100+ mil SP characters with better focus than you get that much... why would you get it for that character?

He's ALL 4 and 5 in gunnery and ALL 4 and 5 for industry. Can be in a Titan in 54 days. What else is there to focus on??

In order to get a larger amount than what the character is worth you would need to focus all into combat or all into industry as well as have other great selling points such as good implants, standings, expensive skillbooks plugged in (titan) etc.
