Orca and switching ships during attack

Hi, i was wondering if it is at all possible to switch ships "board ship from bay" from an orca during a battle ?

meaning: i am in battle with a frig , sitting in a frig myself. could I switch to a cruiser thats waiting in the close by orca and pawn ?

it has been nerfed several times already so there is no easy way to do it but maybe there is still ways to do that at some complicated way.

ok found it myself by using our most precious NSA intelligence and data gathering system.

so apparently you get flagged if you aggress which does not allow you to switch ships.
but if you do not aggress, you are not flagged which would allow to switch.

which means (if I understand correctly and my assumprions are coorect...)

miners should stfu and get orcas.
when attacked, switch to another ship (for example a brick fitted cruiser) and just wait till concord wipes the floor. then switch back and continue mining.....

might be a bit of overkill to get an orca for every 2 miners, but at least you minimize the risk of losing an exhumer...
