passive lock
micro jump on top of your target then lay down some EW
2x destabilizer
2x webifier + web drones
can lock down pretty well
ECM spectrum breaker makes life difficult for people...I thought about replacing this with ECM burst but very short range where spectrum breaker will keep me relatively safe regardless of range

with added bonus of being able to jump ships in then jump them back out of the engagement

cap stable with some damage to enemy cap

The tanks only at 24k ehp so pretty soft but has 540 ehp/s regen which helps counter

What you guys think?

Oh, good, it's this thread again. Have you not even read the responses to any of your previous threads?

And even if you WERE going to run around engaging **** in a Widow, the fit you've put together is a comedy killmail waiting to happen.

Go fly frigates until you understand why that fit is bad.

I can't even imagine what the use case for a passive targeter on a widow is, given that it really has no particular business operating in high sec, and in low or null, if it's on grid, it's either friendly, or presumed hostile. Seriously, it isn't going to matter if they don't see you targeting them, because they're already thinking, "OH WOW, SOME IDIOT HAS DELIVERED A SHINY KILLMAIL RIGHT TO MY DOOR!CTRLCLICKCTRLCLICKCTRLCLICK!"

I guess you could use it to die screaming in NRDS space once before you get on the **** list? Or go on the shortest and most ill-fated safari of all time?

If you want to use a black ops and web, scram, cap drain, and ECM things, do it by bridging in an arazu, falcon, rapier, and pilgrim. It will be cheaper and involve less laughter at your expense.

you're not supposed to jump on top of anything as an ECM ship

I think you don't know what half those mods do. And perhaps more importantly, what they don't do.

We've warned you about trying this and we've tried multiple times in multiple threads to tell you what the role of the Widow is.

You have shown yourself completely unwilling to listen so I'm not going to do that again. It's a waste of time.

Contact me in game and I will give you some detailed tips about where to roam with your Widows and what kinds of targets to look for. I'll even give you a time of day that would be best to do this.

But you can't come alone. This will only work if you bring 5 of your friends in their Widows too.

At least 5. The more the better, of course.

This is a good try for a noble cause but I think it is close to impossible to find 5 pilots willing to fly that fit on TQ... though sometimes...

OP i just want to say I think they could've been nicer about answering your question.

reading this thread leaves me feeling bad for you. just remember no one forced them to post.

CTRLCLICKCLICKCCTRLCLICK was funny, however.

OP if you really want to shoot missiles with your Widow -that isn't really meant to shoot or really meant to jam or really meant to...Welp whatever.

At least fit BCU's DCU shield extenders and hardeners +cap injector. I'm not saying you'll never get kills with that because you might as well have, there are always worst pilots around than ourselves but the second a single experienced guy with steel nerves gets on grid, your expensive pinata will go boum.

IF you're not an experienced pvp solo pilot with regular BS and fits (which sry to say but you look like) don't even think about it.
