I found my character through another character that I used to gang up with a lot on SISI. I think it's a bug with the new ships because I don't see any of them on killmails.

CCP should really put a server identifier to the killmails. That way reputable (are there any?) killboards would be able to filter out the lol mails.

Sisi rules got changed a while ago, now you can shoot people in the face in one designated system without their permission. But outside the designated system combat is still consensual only.
