Today i was reading eve articles and found this one "Corp Hangars on ships and You" By CCP Greyscale

We recognize the need for secure hauling in the current environment, hence the scan immunity on blockade runners, but feel that the way it's being provided currently is unintuitive and clunky, and that the "safe hauling" capacity on Orcas is unnecessarily large. Blockade runners should pick up the slack on high-value, low-volume items, while for higher-volume shipments, we're leaving it up to players to figure out how to handle the new situation.

So what are the alternatives for secure higher-volume shipments hauling in high-sec ?

Courier contracts with appropriate collateral.

It would be safe for me, but it wouldn't be safe for them so that's not a good solution.

Unless the item is extremely rare, it shouldn't worry you that it isn't safe for them as with appropriate collateral as you can just buy another one with some profit to boot. I personally use public courier contracts all the time and I find the price to be very reasonable and it usually gets delivered in a timely fashion with no drama 99% of the time, and for that 1% of the time, I actually made money from the haulers mistake so I'm good with that.

I realize that doesn't solve your problem but it's easier to just let someone else deal with it =P

Why do you care if it isn't safe for the courier?

Personally, I think that the above Devblog post directly intimates courier contract usage.

For medium-sized shipping, say in the 60-to-85-thousand cubic meter range, believe it or not, a hull-tanked Orca with some shield hardeners is pretty good (my setup uses T2 damage control, T2 bulkheads, double T2 invul, T2 EM hardener). You'll get upwards of 200,000 EHP of buffer even if you rig with Large Cargohold Optimization, and if you also fit a Large ACR, you can also fit a MWD for quick-warp capability. You're not scan-immune, but if you keep your cargo value below about a billion ISK or so, you're probably too tough a nut to be worth cracking by the gankers.

And if you want to make a big investment and use a pair of T2 LCO rigs, you can keep that tank and also have enough space in your cargohold (assuming you've got your Industrial Command Ships skill trained up decently) to fit a packaged battleship.
