FYI the person that would sell you a character will need to spend 20 bucks to transfer it to you which is almost two plex's. So they would be making 700 million. Will be very hard... Well it will be impossible to find someone who would sell a hulk pilot for 700 million.

You can nab a low end hulk pilot for around 2.5 bil but most will fetch around 3-4 with perfect miners getting closer to 5. If it includes the +5 implant maybe a little more. My advice to you would be spend 30-50 bucks on some plexes and sell em for isk then buy you a decent toon. This hulk pilot I'm posting on is very close to perfect and has the +5 implant and I have been thinking of selling her for 5bil firm. Give me a shout in the future if you want her. Fly safe.
