Hi guys, I'm a returning player and I'd like to re-orientate my EVE career towards exploration. But again with the complexity of the game I'm a bit lost as to what I really need to be successful.

I have 1Million unalocated SP and 2 remaps that I would like to use the most efficiently possible.

Could you point me in the right direction ?

For now I can fly frigates, destroyer, cruiser, battle cruiser and Battle ships, and I started to train astrometrics. Next are going to be astrometrics aquistion, pinpointing and rangefinding. Next I was thinking of going Electronics V for covert ops. Then cloaking device.
BTW, I'm minmatar but I don't think it matters.

That doesn't include scanning, but it sounds like you're already working on that.

I'm still looking for some help in what skill I should learn or a skill plan.

If flying minmatar, look in to the Probe or Cheetah for starting exploration. Astrometric skills are important, but when it comes to scanning, you should take time to practice.
