Well... this has been prolly been talked over already but eh.

Why the cap at 5.0 (not including two concord missions)?

I want 10!

Actually, it used to be possible to go past 5. It used to be possible to go all the way up to 10 if you were to grind CONCORD missions.

However, most of the agents got removed for some reason or other. Now that CONCORD standing is decoupled from security status, they could probably be brought back to active duty.

I do still wonder why security status can't go above 5 by normal means, though.
