Issue:

EvE Clients are taking 30 - 40% more memory to run (big deal on laptops w/ fixed memory sizes, and I'm maxed already at 8 Gbs).

Same problems as others mentioned: black screen when I undock a ship, erratic camera zooms (in and out), lag and also noticed that this update puts more stress on my machine .

P.S. : Running the game on a HP Compaq dc5750 , GeForce 8400 GS video card, OS: Win 7 32 bit.

Am I becoming a community spokesman in a thread that isn't even being watched by the devs?

Certainly not my choice.

If the devs are all on holiday because of a well turned out upgrade, someone else at CCP needs to take a look at this thread. Either that, or lock it.

1) Drone left-click-to-launch is still very laggy -- the kind of lag that makes you die. IF this was fixed with this morning's patch, then it may not have been fixed for all of us.

2) scatter from relics and data sites - I'm not sure this is working properly even though it was stated that it was fixed. Some baubles come right my boat and are easy to grab. But others go directly away from me and are way out of range before I can mini-tractor them in.

ALso, the sound effects are hit and miss - about 50%. I can't consistently get audio feedback to know that I can suck up another bauble.

I do like the new flexibility with scanning probes system - it's better than it was with Odyssey 1.0 - either that or I just discovered features that I was unaware of before ... either way - it's wotks better now.

For me, there is only one issue - broken animation of warp tunnel. I talking about usual warp (gate to gate, gate to station, point to point, ect), NOT about gate jumps. Sometimes animation working normally, sometimes not. Rather not. Especially in Minmatar and gallente space.

Different video bug - had seen it before: Jump through gate. Presented with a semi-zoomed in view of my ship. Display controls are locked out, can't change zoom level or orientation. As with black screen - bringing up map display and then exiting fixes the issue.

Also - still seeing random black screens as well.

they probably think that if they dont read the rants and complaints.. they simply dont excist

and where is the CSM in all this? they should represent the view of the players, or did they had a hand in all this to?

In several different forums the CSM has stated that the issues are minor. They are happy.

yes but they should be in this thread and say what they have to say, where its gonna be read by the people they should suport.

CSM is a useless band of....... fill in the dots

^ This.. A hundred times this.

And to add, it seems odd that i can start a job in my pos with a blueprint from a nearby station but not if the blueprint is in the pos itself.

I can't wait for the day when pos modules are merged into one structure and i dont have to run 15 jumps over to move 250k trit across 2500m just to make something.

No, it is NOT a useful skill for me. I do not mine, I haul and give the bonus to others. It was a stupid prerequisite, which got deleted, great, but I now have a level V skill which I do NOT NEED: I want that month of training back. Not a plex, not the money - my hard earned SP, which is now wasted.

Issue: Signature Duplicates not showing correctly

The issue is hard to replicate since it requires certain situation while scanning down a signature with core/combat probes.
Prior to Odyssey, one fo the cases scanner would show a signature duplicate when too small probe range was selected and the sig itself would be at the edge of probe formation. Usually the correct one of duplcated sigs would be the one further away from the center of probe formation.
After Odyssey patch, so far I did not encountered a duplicated signature anymore, and as I live in a C5 wormhole, scanning is something I (and my corpmates) do on regular basis - at least 100-200 signatures daily, depending on a chain/s.

What did we notice is a strange behaviour is some cases:

- when scanning a signature to 100% and also having another one showing up on scanner, current range of probes with 17-23% strenght, centering formation on that 2nd signature would result with sig dissapearing. Increasing formation range 1 step is showing signature on other side of formation. Shouldnt this sig be duplicate in a first place ?

- when probing center of the system in diamond formation at 8 AU, having 20% signal at edge of formation with no celastial "behind" it, setting formation to 4 AU and centering, results sig dissapearing. Increasing range back to 8AU without movig it pops the signature in totally different place... Shouldnt this sig be duplicate in a first place? (like the used to do prior to Odysse)

Have anyone seen a duplicated signature after Odyssey?

After the latest patch i encountered a new bug:

endless jump tunnel. You jump, enter the gray tunnel, and the animation loops. Permanently.

Only way to fix it is logoff. No idea what happens to my character in local during that time. Encountered it twice yesterday. Also, black screen still hasn't been fixed.

It looks like this CSM is going to be even worse than the last one. They were completely worthless and ineffectual, but that is fine by CCP, as it causes less issues for them.

Yay, all cached user names gone "AGAIN" from launcher.. Launcher settings keep reverting to default - launcher won't auto close after client start, despite having set this option each time there is the smallest patch.
Open launcher - enter username & password, enter - validate client - client is ready - the end (play button greyed out). Tried 3 times 3 times same result. 4th time the charm.
