Not sure if this is right channel since its about a ship and a particular module. Domi + warp core stabs..

Fun encounter. I tackle and killed a warp core stabbed domi that forgets he can warp away. Couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the killmail, he had 18 minutes to figure out he could leave, footage is super sped up over that time frame.

overheating gives too much credit, i dont think he overheated the hull repper nor do i think he had thermodynamics even trained, it is possible that he had it offlined, however, he had 18 minutes to turn it back online (trying gives you the message of what to do, get 95% capacitor) so i dont think he tried that either, I do appreciate any theories though

What the guy above me said. This obviously isn't a brag post it's entertainment.

But if you're feeling douchey, a quick glance at his killboard shows he's actually a top ranked pvp pilot and just in last 3 days, solo'd a nightmare, 2x navy apocs, tengu, loki, pair of battlecruisers and then this lol domi. in 1 afternoon he destroys more isk than your full time career destroyed by the looks of it Shocked

edit... Motsu, post above.. He is not a top rated PVPer, Cpt Boomstick tricks PVE mission runners into engaging him. Look closely at his kills, they almost all PvE fit ships.

1 stab nullifiies 1 point. by your logic, no ship on EVE could warp about without 1 stab fitted since they would have -1 warp str like that.

The merlin has a disruptor fit. Thats +1 point strength. The domi has 1 warp core stab. This is clearly marked in the video, can be proven how I move out of normal scrambler range multiple times while maintaining point, and have about half a dozen merlin losses over the last year with the exact same warp disruptor fit. The domi is an idiot. The end.
