I'm actually setting up a new WH hunting pvp corp and I'm trying to figure how to manage it's economic part.

I would like advice from the community on how to grow up a ship loss refund and how to distribute the loot income among the members.

Ship loss refund:
How do you grow it during the first steps? I was thinking about taxation, but it applyes to mission running reward/bounty only, while some members earn their money in other ways and not all of them spend much time in mission running. How do you manage it? what kind of ships do you refund and how?

PVP loot:
How do you distribute the income? Meritocracy? commitment shown? hierarchy?

Any constructive advice is welcome.
Thank you

Alliances that run an SRF, but don't have enough moongoo income to do so charge a per person tax(roughly 10-20 mil per month) to fund the replacement fund, and regulate it be only replacing ships that conform to fleet doctrine.

ISK should be distributed to alliance members through a ship replacement program. In my alliance every ship I lose is reimbursed even when it's not on serious business ops.

If you're asking how to get a bunch of money to start out...just scam stupid people.

An intense game of rock, paper, scissors. Best two out of three.
