Jove has yet to open to empire. It was rumored to open with this update. but sadly it didn't. Anyways, my idea is based on a theory. Called a Dyson Sphere or Ring. This theory would be a great find during either explorations or missions or perhaps one day make it a player structure or npc station. The theory is simple enough, but I will provide a link for those that have no idea as to what one is. Given the age of the Jove, it could conceivably be understood that they possessed the ability and the engineering know how to build such a colossal structure.

Thanks for an outstanding game. I been playing for close to 10 years. and enjoyed 99.9 percent of it.

LOL not quite the sphere I was looking at. They are nice vacuums
