[Odyssey] Market Quickbar broke & inventory screen keeps closing

just got my game updated, and found that my Quickbar won't display and the Inventory window keeps closing on each undock, and has to be manually opened after every dock -- only started doing this since the latest patch.

any ideas of the causes and fixes??
