Transfer POCO ownership?

so...did they change how you transfer ownership to POCO's? i cant seem to be able to do it.

ya you used to be able to, now i cant do it. all i had to do before was right click, transfer ownership, and BAM all done. now there is no option.

I still can, you might want to clear your cache or petition.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
