Just a heads up, that today is the day that Microsoft and Sony will see if they will get preorders, based on their announcements today at E3.

A Time adjusted schedule is here, and I will be updating this post as I hunt down livestreams of the events.

Anyone here considering putting down money on the PS4 or the XBone?

The only one I would consider buying is PS4 for Dust. But I wouldn't do that unless I win lottery or something like that.

I don't think I will get a XB One. My TV works perfectly without.

you don't want a PS4 for dust. you want a used first gen PS3 for Dust because they're cheaper and the graphics are low.

My current setup is a PC with a Wii hooked into a moniter.

Because I love Mario Cart and I'm working my way through Skyward Sword.

Might consider organising a Mario Kart tournament if there's enough people interested Big smile

Also Microsoft Livestream here, presentation for XBone should be in around 20 miniutes.

I'd cautiously say the XBone is back in the running, they didn't focus on the Kinect, they were going for the games and Television was mentioned once in passing.

Core games across the major genres, Racing (Forza) FPS (don't need to list), Power trip God of War button Mash (Ryse) and a staple (Halo5).

If they say that at the end of the life cycle the servers will go open for individuals to host of their own will on PC's or on an XBone P2P system they could win the generation. Seems to me they've made notes of the shitstorm over the last few weeks and used it to iron it out in anticipation for E3, well played if intentional.

Also noticed a new Xbox360 slipped in there briefly, seems they could be going for parallel support ala PS2/PS3 due to the economy and existing user base.

Titanfall really got my attention though, that looks pretty sweet. I'm a sucker for Mecha.
