Concordiat has been a friend of ours since... well it feels like nearly BNI's beginning.

Last time I saw Securitas was when he flew out to our home system to lend a hand during our war with RvB. We were losing, but being a good dude he fought by our side anyway. That's a great trait in a leader and speaks well of Concordiat.

I have to pass this along and bump the recruitment thread.

A new member came into the corp TS (Team Speak) room and asked what he could do while he was waiting for the skills to fly corp ships. He was new to Eve... very new to Eve... as well as new to the corp. He had skills to go mine and make some ISK until he was prepared to fly with the group (about a day away). However, he had no ship and minimal experience mining.

He, the new Concordiat member, was given a ship. He then learned how to fit it with the basics and in a matter of minutes he was flying to the asteroid fields. The best part of what happened is that a veteran Concordiat player escorted him to the asteroid field, parked his own ship next to a particular type of asteroid to make it easier for the new player to find, and was with him explaining the workings of a mining frigate. It was a great lesson.. not on mining in null sec, but in helping new players.

Uhmmm... did I mention this was in Null Sec (-0.3, -.04, etc...).


The people in this corporation could write a portion of the book on being new player friendly.

Im a veteran pilot who just came back to eve from a 8 month break. I really only joined this corp because a real life friend joined and said they where in a good location to base solo and small gang pvp out of. But since joining I have learned what this corp is really all about and i must say what they are doing for brand new players is awesome. the opertunity to leave hi sec on day 1. and within a few days making isk and learning the basics is something that very few corps in this game offer. Im glad to be apart of this corp now and hope to see you new guys out here.
