Character Ideas...I'm stuck need halp!

Basically I'm stuck for ideas what type of character to train next, I have several accounts and mulitple characters on each account. However coming up shortly I have an account with 2 character fully trained for their designated purposes and require no more training, I have 1 character spot free and no idea what to do or train for!

As a player with my current characters have the abilities to effectively
Fly all Stealth Bombers PVP,
PvP Tackler,
Missile Chucker L4's/ PvP With all 5 Jamming EW/Tengu/Exploration
2x Haulers that both fly Freighters/Orca/T2Transports
2x Characters can Mine Frigates/Exhumers/Ice
Gallente PvP flies incursus/Vexor/Thorax/Brutix/Myrmidons/Proteus/Talos/Dominix
Scout with full exploration/T2 cheetah all full maxed.
PI/Maxed Station Trader
Highish Manufacturing Skills

What else to do??? I did think about making a full Logi support character both shield and armour. My only reservation is Alliance fleet roles; knowing that said character would get Logitstics 5! call me selfish I don't mind supporting etc, just when I have other characters fully trained up in EW and pewpew, I don't want to be forever eternally banished to the role of logistics and never any escape BECAUSE OMGZORZ BUT LOGISTICS5!!!!

Only other things I can think of is different flavours of pewpew aka Minmatar or Amarr, even then when I say that I can fly Minmatar/Amarr in regards to Missile chucking just not Lasers or Projectiles.

Any Ideas?

You could always train for a carrier. Even if you never use it for PVP its handy for personal logistics.

Maybe max out your leadership skills for mining or other ops/fleets ?

Yea I guess a Booster ship could be a possibility since it yields both fleet/gang and Solo usage. Train for a CS or a T3?

I would go for CS with multiple ganglinks. I dont know where and how you fly, but i use in high sec 7 ganglink Eos. It does not fit for pvp. But i really nice for pve use.

CS with 3 links is ok too, then you can fit tank and guns also.

Leadership skills are good also if you use orca for boosting.

Forum Troll Alt - No training required just a messed up attitude

AFK Cloaky Alt to go sit somewhere in 0.0 to **** off local (under two months training)

Regular Cyno Alt ( 6 days to train) - to give a buddy or yourself if on different account than your cap pilot with a capital a cyno

Trade Hub Price Checker Alt - No Training required

Just a few

Maybe its just the fleets I have been in, but while we almost always could use more logi, ECM boats are never turned down. I know a few pilots that can fly both and will alternate between them depending on the type of fleet and what they feel like flying.

just my .02 isk

@ Kyt Thrace Whilst those ideas are pretty good and entertaining, I (personally) really need to utilise a longterm skill plan, rather than short term. Despite having fun and purpose with the account, don't think I could have a subbed account sitting there not training.

@ Felicia Venoo I think If I were to go down the booster route It would be an OGB, however isn't there plans to change this in the future? (to nerf Off Grid Boosting). I wouldn't traing a new character for to booster mining, as I already have 2 characters that can fly Orcas (although used for hauling). I would just train them up for Miner boosting.

@zatazon Yea the freedom to bounce between the 2 would be nice, however I know thats not always the case.

Thanks for all the imput guys, any new ideas keep them comming! I got a while before my last skill finishes on my other chraacter, just gotta mull over the ideas and pick one...Spin a bottle maybe.

I suppose you could always cross train another race or two. That would give you more variety in your ship choices even it it doesn't let you do anything new. Amarr might be a good choice as it will make good use of the armor, drone, and gunnery support skills you already have from Gallente.

Since you mentioned that you can fly all 4 SB's you must be close to flying all Interceptors and AFs, those can be fun as well.

Whilst good idea, this would need to be for a brand new character starting from scratch.

So far seems like overall options available to me is either
Amarr Combat Character
Minmatar Combat Character
OGB Character
Logistics

Question inregards to a pure OGB which Racial Command ship would be best?

man I don't even know what to do with 2 characters at a time /o\

then again I can do nearly everything you listed with at least one char so woo, although I guess my clone is getting pretty damn expensive. I guess I am stuck in my mindset of it isn't worth it to do learning skills again, just keep training your current character.

could always just train characters to sell on the bazaar, I have no idea what is hot right now.

Well tbh one of my characters has a rather bloated amount of SP because of mutliple roles jammed on over the years. I came to the conclusion it was more efficient to have seperate roles spread over accounts, due to the advantages of having characters in different places at once, the ability to have character work together at same time etc.

Tbh despite given the various ideas in this thread, I was considering maybe abandoning the account and paying the transfer said characters to spare slots on other accounts, to save me the sub fee. However your last sentence is bloody genius! I really hadn't thought about that! definately something to consider!

Going to be a hard choice, but I think I'm going to either transfer characters off account or create characters for sale.

Think I've got what I need for ideas now, cheers all.

Those are long gone, but yes, training up the basic support skills again is boring.
