If I want to kill Serpentis rats, which pirate faction should I run missions for?

Guristas have the odd mission against Serpentis so I would look there, check the various pirate standings and this should tell you who to go for.

God Said "Come Forth and receive eternal life!" I came fifth and won a toaster!

By the looks here: http://www.newedenlibrary.net/eon/faction_standings.shtml, Gurista, Sansha and Blood Raiders doesn't like Serpentis that much.

That's perfect, thank you. Too bad those factions mostly have crappy pirate ships but I guess they'll do lol.

Okay, sorry Gila. Anyway, I'm bored of running level 1 missions in nullsec. Are the rewards for nullsec mission running actually worthwhile, or am I better off doing something else?

Do you intend to dedicate an alt to this career/purpose? If yes, - you also have the Sansha, suppliers of the Nightmare bpc.

If no, and you're running them on a main: Null pirate missions will be setup vs. Empire factions, Mercs, opposing pirate bloc members & Concord. You'll gradually erode your standings with them making late career logistics (or HS/Empire shenanigans) amusing to say the least, unless you're crafty about balancing your faction relationships. At present you can repair Empire Faction standings via a few methods including diplomacy or cosmos agents. However It's a bit trickier with Concord Faction particularly if you want to travel to say Yulai and Sanctum or plot a course through Sanctum.

No, I don't intend doing it as a career really, I just figured I could get some pirate BSes but then I saw how long it would take to get one and I'm not really sure if it seems profitable over just running anomalies or something.

L3 pirate missions pay decent and can be run in a AF. If you want to run for guristas they have an epic arc that can be a good start on your standings: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Epic_mission_arcs

Almost forgot, the epic arc gives you a decent standing boost and a Gila blueprint when you finnish it. And you will make some decent cash on the way. All this in just a few hours if you are lucky and not getting ganked.

Yeah, that sounds pretty okay. I like running missions in an AF, thanks.
