Slot 8: 'Squire' CC4 +3% cap recharge rate
Slot 9: ZMS100 +3% decrease in target velocity for all missile types
Slot 10: Whelan Machorin's Ballistic Smartlink -5% Rate of fire Bonus for all launchers
