I played earlier today without any problems, but when I try to launch the game just now, I get an "EVE ONLINE LAUNCHER EXCEPTION."

What is that, and why is it suddenly preventing me from launching the game?

Wish I had an answer for you that would be helpful,
what I get is: Incompatible (Protocol)

All I am doing is trying to load eve. Not sure how my protocol could be wrong, I logged into eve just yesterday.
