Anyone found a place where it says "Your Dual Training expires on 7/7/2013 at 1400"?

I've looked in the account management section of the support page, and it only says I can't extend it until it's 7 days from expiring. Need the exact date/time for skill plans.

Not sure what you want to know but one PLEX pays for 30 days of dual training.
So, from the moment you applied your PLEX add 30 days to know the time it ends (for the char with the least skillpoints). Apparently up to 7 days before this date you can add another PLEX to extend dual training for another 30 days.

Yeah you didn't understand the question, no worries.

I'm aware I bought 30 days of training, it is working as intended.

What people who do this need to know is, what is the EXACT date/time that said training queue expires, and I have not been able to locate that information. Was just curious if anyone else had located it, or if (like I suspect at the moment) it is not available.

I just wrote down the time/date the client gives you when you activate dual character training so I didn't really bother to see if I can look up the information anywhere else until now.

True, the account management page only shows the date from which I can renew dual character training. So I can at least tell the expiry date by adding 7 days to that date but still not the exact time.

If you really need the exact time, I suggest searching the logs in your Gamelogs folder (The log in my case was "30 days have been successfully added as dual character training time. Dual character training time for this account will expire at Jul dd, yyyy hh:mm:ss. You will be able to renew dual character training at Jun dd, yyyy hh:mm:ss".)

Thanks, I will take a look in the logs. Though that is clearly not something we should have to do!

Anybody on high watching, how about adding the expiration to the Account Management at the very least?

I miss the time deadline as well. Plus the ability to stop the dual account again.

I paid for dual character training, not with plex, but with credit card.

And it appears that training now continues automatically beyond the 30 + 7 days.

How do I stop dual character training (the automatic billing). The only option at the moment seems to be to stop the entire account.

Considering how new this system is I don't think you'll find the answer here. Why don't you find out and let us all know? I am kinda curious to this one since I would be paying for dual training through credit card as well.

edit: since they don't refund subscriptions already payed, I don't think you could actually stop the 2 together. Stopping the second account would mean that one would stop charging but the other one would keep going on till it is up for renewal. At that time you just choose to renew or not.

That is how it would go for me at least I figure since I pay year per year and never give authorization for my credit card to autorenew any subscription.

Odd not what mine says. Mine just says something along the lines of hey buy a plex for $19.95. Maybe that means my time is about up. I came to the forums to find the same answer the OP was asking. I really don't care about the exact second. But a day would be nice. I can't find that anywhere. I know it will be expiring soon.

I do have dual training in progress. I just paid for it with Plex bought in game. I supposed I could go back to the logs and see when I bought a plex. This would be nice to see somewhere on your account even in game.

Note to self, put a reminder in the in game calendar.

However, CCP it would be nice to know this information

Confirming CCP accounts and billing dept CAN refund subscriptions already payed.
(Or at least during the Incarnagate era it it was possible to get a refund).
