Odyssey and Construction Blocks

Did I miss something in the patch notes, or miss something subtle that has had a huge impact on construction block prices?
Over the last 72 hours, Jita prices have dropped like 20%, and the buy order side is incredibly thin.

10 days ago the buy / sell range was 8000 /8400.
Now it is 5900 / 6500

Why?
What changed with Odyssey?

It's been two quite "common" factors, since you've been nice with me in game, if you want I can tell you via eve mail. Also, they are still going to drop, just look at the chart.
