Apologies if i missed this posted somewhere else, i did search but couldn't find it.

Am flying a Navy Scorp with cruise for some PvE. I have a target painter fitted. It doesn't make any difference to the damage done whatsoever. Did i miss something ? Thanks.

Is this just happening to me ? No one else tried it ?
