Anyone seen how the new Navy Drake compares with the other new ded 4 runners, such as a command ship or the Ihstar?

Im looking at something like:

Deals about 600 dps, I'd imagine the tank would be fine for all ded4s. Speed is medicore at 431m/s. The other option of course being swapping to HMLs for the extra range. Is it worth it 250 mil price tag?

I have done 4/10 in a T2 fit vexor any battle cruiser should be fine.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
