Scatter Containers are collidable objects can't get closer than 3 km.

First Can
- 2 'Integrated' Warrior Blueprint
- 13 Drone Cerebral Fragment
- 21 Drone Synaptic Relay Wiring

Second Can
- 18 Drone Cerebral Fragment

Third Can
- Empty

BPCs were in Data cans as always. Drone Cerebral Fragment or Drone Synaptic Relay Wiring are in Material minicans apparently, and after looking on the market just as worthless as all the other data material items.

How much are the BPCs worth?

Are the frigates supposed to be there or did CCP forget to remove them?

For the risks you take visiting the Drone regions you don't get much. I looted a few sites and gained some hybrid drone BPC's before giving up due to rats spawning. The spawns were triggered by successfully hacking a container, though some were already present before I arrived. My Helios wouldn't survive a scuffle with the drones so there is no time to collect the spew containers. Plus the locals come sniffing...

I did submit a bug report on the NPC's spawning as I was under the impression that they should not be spawning within data sites in known space.

If you manufacture the hybrid drones you might get a few million in high sec for them. Personally I'm holding on to them to see if CCP buff them in a future patch. I could be in for a long wait though.
