Hello!

I'm looking for a FEMALE character that can fly overall caldari stuff, and id prefer it to also have a decent Tengu pilot part of it and have basic PVP skills and core skills(energy management etc. etc.)

Im willing to pay up to 11 billion and im looking for somewhere from 20 to 60 mil SP
