have 3 bs level 5, all except caldari, with AWU 5 so you can have 3 marauders to choose from, not to mention many pirate BS
fully odyssey upgraded, all 4 racial BC and destroyers to level 5
decent exploration skills
can use T2 sentries and heavy drones
