It would appear that this is effecting a handful of people. I know cross linking is generally discouraged but the below Wormhole thread got a Dev response so I figured others looking here might like to know.

Although CCP have not been able to recreate it, enough reports have now come int that they are going to attempt to put measure in place shortly.

Just press control-a to select all. Amazing the problem was non-existing on sisi the whole time. Probably some dev that belongs to goons. What a pet

Look up "advanced probing" and then come back.

As for the rest of what you said; no idea. Something about goons...? Ugh
