No sound on incoming Jumps from stargates, intentional ?

so in the past, i would sit in range of a gate, cloaked,
As long as i was on grid, i could hear the gate activation when someone jumped into the system.

Currently, there is no sound when the gate is activated that i can hear....
am not sure if this intentional or not with the new changes.

I have all other sounds, when i log in, when i personally jump through a gate etc, so its not an actual sound issue with other things,

CCP, can we please get an answer to this, please.

I have posted twice in the EVE Online: Odyssey Issues thread and no answer.

Is this a new "feature" or a bug? If its a bug, is there a timeline for a fix?
