Just looking for ideas on an arty loki for vanguard incursions, I am likely going to have 3 federation navy webs on it.

Adjust to suit your purpose, but this will give you a general idea.
I'd drop MWD for a tracking computer, and the point for another web.

Can probably shirk on the tank a bit and maybe drop power sub/rig.

Thanks, however I would like to ask how tanking for Vanguards work since I have seen both armor and shield tanks, anything to go by on how to decide?

Depends on the fleet you join... armour or shield. fit one and then join the right fleet Big smile

Fleets consist of 80-90% damage dealing ships with large EHP buffers and high resists, coupled with a few remote repairing ships (hence the reason for all ships in the fleet to tank in the same manner).

Anyone have a shield fit for the vanguard loki then? Not sure about sensor booster, MWD, and Adaptive Invuls
