Solution For Jita

After seeing so many people complain about logging into Jita, I have come up with a solution that is sure to please everyone.

CCP, please allow us to pay you a plex for premium access. This could be a one-time or perhaps a monthly deal.

I'd happily pay a plex a month to get preferential treatment when logging in or jumping through a gate.

Big smile

Another similar solution would be to create guaranteed slots for Jita and other systems. These could even be a player-traded type of item where the bearer (or wearer) could be guaranteed a spot where she intends to go.

For a wearable item, perhaps a stylish necklace? Just remember, diamonds are Erotica's best friend.

no... best solution is having a CCP making a thread clarifying that the "no smartbombing" rule is only valid for the Jita system.

if we can party regularly with Smartbombs at the perimeter gate then the pop cap issue is solved.

While that's not strictly pay-to-win, it's pretty darn close. I'd rather be getting preferential treatment based on faction standings. Those with higher standings for the Caldari State (since it is a Caldari gate), get to use it first.

That works for me too. But I don't think it really is pay to win if you can pay with plex. I mean, I would be using isk, wouldn't you?

Of course, I wouldn't argue if CCP decided to seed the necklaces with respect merchants of Jita such as myself. Perhaps an additional attribute would be the wearer could not be blocked? Again, just tossing ideas around.

Best solution for Jita is to stay away from Jita. There are plenty of other trade hubs where you get just as good of deals and where you can scam and sell stuff too.

Rancer is the new Jita.

They provide freighter excort as well. Or extort.. escort... I dunno, they like freighters.

Note: No, I wasn't referring to smartbombing OUTSIDE Jita, I joke about inside it...right in front of the naval station. As that's a true sandbox option...where a player can set their destiny without overt control (like what can happen in real life, when a hacker DDoS EvE or blow up buildings). That still isn't allowed in this so-called sandbox game, despite terrorism is a combat tactic no worse than espionage stealing $3000 worth of EvE assets, or scams that does the same...it's still considered evil in the worst way.

Oh, and if you truly want to bug out Jita, that's how you do it.

Jita isn't broken, so why does it need fixing?

Well I agree with that.

However, many people are complaining. So, to address those complaints, I have proposed a solution.

One step further - ALL trade hubs be null-sec NPC. Then we would see some interesting times

I am aware of my own ignorance and have checked my emotional quotient - thanks for asking

It's an interesting idea. I'd love to fly some capitals through Jita.

Since Jita is such a cosmopolitan mix of interesting people, I'd love to see a much higher population cap.

And that's really where the premium access comes in- to fund it.
