Its unclear if CCP is ware of the issue yet. Best bet is to open a petition.

Pretty much this. Eve's servers have suffered severe DDOS attacks less times than I can count on a hand. Their account management site on the other hand, gets borked at least three times per week. **** happens, be patient grasshoppah.

Yeah, i just tried to PLEX one of my accounts and game told me server is ******, no time added, contact the auhorities.
So PLEX is gone, no time was added and cant reach account management.. fun fun:)

There is a sticky on this issue that says they are working on it. And no, don't believe it is a ddos attack because the last one had the server usage fluctuating pretty wildly according to eve-offline. There isn't a fluctuation, probably just normal issues that rise up occasionally.

My guess is that the person who attacked that vulnerability in the server backend, which led to the cluster shutdown, is now employing that knowledge to break into TQ via account management and steal all our stuff.

They are having problems with payment systems at present.
